제1조(개인정보의 처리 목적)

< 주식회사 엑스레이트 >('www.meta-town.io'이하 '메타타운')은(는) 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리합니다. 처리하고 있는 개인정보는 다음의 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행할 예정입니다.

1. 홈페이지 회원가입 및 관리

회원 가입의사 확인, 회원제 서비스 제공에 따른 본인 식별·인증, 회원자격 유지·관리, 서비스 부정이용 방지, 만14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 처리 시 법정대리인의 동의여부 확인, 각종 고지·통지, 고충처리 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.

2. General Provisions

3. Trial Account Specifications

For the trial account,

• It will remain active until February 28th, and with the end of the evaluation on February 28th, the account and all data will be canceled.
• Trial accounts can be used to configure applications in a way that customers plan to use for actual business registration after purchasing space.

4. Prevention of illegal activities

It is prohibited to post illegal content on this Trial Service website or app, including::

For the trial account,

• infringement of intellectual property rights by a third party
• Infringement of the personal rights of metatowns or third parties
• in violation of good morals
• pornography, racism, xenophobia, or unethical nature
• Any other content that violates the laws in force in the territory of the Republic of Korea. Violation of this prohibition may result in liability on the part of the customer. xrate is not responsible for placing prohibited content on the pages of this website or app. The above applies in accordance with the Korean law on the provision of electronic services.
• If a customer receives an official notification or reliable information about the illegality of the content posted on the event website or app, it will prevent access to or removal of the content. You have a right.

XREATE reserves the right to refuse to enter into and provide services, or to withdraw an agreement that has already been entered into:

• If the customer provides data other than the facts requested or permitted by XREATE,
• XREATE has previously terminated a contract with the Customer due to circumstances in which the Customer is responsible.
• There is legitimate concern that the service will be used for purposes inconsistent with the nature and purpose of the service. Especially if the customer uses the service in a way that prevents or hinders others from using the software resources of XREATE.
• If there is concern that the service will be used to carry out activities that make up illegal activities, especially if spam is sent.
• If the customer has previously used the service personally, in conjunction with or through another person, in a manner contrary to its intended use;
• Regulations generally applicable, including the offence of an illegal act, if the customer violates the rights of a third party during registration or in connection with the prior use of the service
• If the customer violates the limitations of the application resources described in the "Technical Limitations of Services" section.
• The user representing the customer can abuse technical support in a way that is a burden to XREATE, or continue to wait for information contained in the application's training materials and/or documentation.
• In the event of repeated requests for assistance despite the fact that the explanation has been provided at least twice within 30 days of the next inquiry.

5. Copyright

XREATE declares that it holds exclusive economic copyrights to applications, except for application elements, which are open source libraries. Libraries are attached to applications and are distributed under license terms that control their use. Customers and users are obligated to comply with the application usage conditions and rules set out in the Trial Terms of Service, including licensing rules for the use of open source libraries included in the application. Customer and User acknowledge that failure to comply with the above obligations may infringe the exclusive economic copyright of the application and hold Customer liable for this.

6. Data Processing by XREATE

In order to meet the requirements under the laws of the Republic of Korea regarding personal data processing and personal protection related to the free movement of such data, the Customer shall, to the extent necessary for the performance of the Agreement, serve the purpose. Consign your personal data to Xrate. The customer declares that the data entrusted for processing Xrate has been collected in accordance with the relevant laws, is personal data, and is eligible to transmit personal data processing.

No information about you will be disclosed to third parties without your consent., You are responsible for the safety of your trial account login credentials and cannot disclose them to third parties. If you need to create additional user accounts from the selected instances of the application, you must use the forms available in the Users section. You are obligated to notify XREATE immediately if any changes are made to your or the customer's personal data provided. Your existing data will be considered up to date unless XREATE is notified of the personal data change within three days of the personal data change date. Users should immediately update their login credentials for their trial account if they suspect that they have stolen data from a third party. XREATE reserves the right to use selected data (including the number of registered participants) for its own analysis that characterizes the virtual business you operate with the use of the application.

The purpose is to ensure the development of application functions. This data can be published by XREATE, but it does not individualize customers, users, and websites. Published only as part of it.
